Rule 19 Reserved

This rule is currently reserved, which means it does not contain any content or requirements right now. Courts sometimes set aside a rule number for future use, so this spot may be filled in later if new rules are added.

For now, there is nothing here that affects your case or your appeal. You do not need to follow or reference Rule 19 because it has no rules attached to it. If you're looking for guidance on a specific topic, you'll need to check other numbered rules in the Hawaiʻi Rules of Appellate Procedure.
