Rule 17 Conduct of the Hearing

The arbitrator is in charge of how the hearing runs. This means the arbitrator decides the order in which each side presents their evidence and how the whole hearing moves along. Both sides need to follow the arbitrator's lead on these decisions.

You also need to know that no one can record or make a written transcript of the arbitration hearing. This applies to everyone involved, not just one side. If you want a record of what happens, you will need to take your own notes since there won't be an official recording or transcript created afterward.
