Rule 5 The Arbitration Administrator

Each judicial circuit has someone called the Arbitration Administrator who runs the arbitration program in that area. The Chief Justice picks this person for the job.

The Administrator's main task is to keep the arbitration program running smoothly. This means handling the day-to-day operations and making sure the program works the way it's supposed to, based on the other rules that follow.
