§ 5.3 Incident Reports

If the Clerk of the court sees something happen that raises doubts about whether an applicant is being honest, or something that raises doubts about whether the bar exam itself was handled properly, the Clerk must tell both the court and the Board about it. This could include things like cheating, unusual behavior during the exam, or problems with how the test was given.

This rule exists to protect the fairness of the bar exam. It makes sure that any concerns get reported right away instead of being ignored or handled quietly. By requiring the Clerk to speak up, the rule helps keep the exam process honest and gives the court and Board the information they need to look into problems and decide what to do about them.
