Rule 85 Title

This rule simply gives the official name to this set of rules. From now on, they should be called the District Court Rules of Civil Procedure whenever someone refers to them in court, in legal papers, or in conversation about the case process.

This is more of a formality than something that affects your case directly. It doesn't create any rights, deadlines, or requirements. It just tells you and everyone else what to call this collection of procedures when you need to reference them.
