Rule 24 Immediate Notice of Court Action

When a judge makes a decision in a case, the court has to tell the lawyers right away. This applies to several types of court decisions, including written findings of fact, legal conclusions, formal opinions, memos explaining the court's reasoning, or any other ruling the court makes.

The point of this rule is simple: lawyers shouldn't be left in the dark about what happened in their case.
