It is important to the public and members of the Bar that attorneys who are engaged in the active practice of law in Idaho continue their legal education. Continuing legal education enables attorneys to acquire new knowledge and skill sets and understand current trends and legal issues. These rules establish the minimum requirements for that continuing legal education.
