Rule 610 Immunity
Section VI: Client Assistance Fund
Rule Text
Members of the Board, members of the Committee, the Executive Director, and their respective staffs, shall be immune from civil suit and damages for any conduct or occurrence in the course of, or arising out of, performance of any official duties in connection with these Rules.
