Rule 808 Immunity
Section VIII: Unauthorized Practice of Law
Rule Text
Members of the Standing Committee, members of any ad hoc district committee, Bar Counsel, members of the Board of Commissioners, and members of their respective staffs shall be immune from civil suit and damages for any conduct or occurrence in the course of or arising out of performance of any official duties in connection with these Rules.
