Rule 61.3 Master Jury Lists Available for Public Inspection

If you want to see the master jury list for the state or for a county, you can do that. These lists are open to public inspection.

To get access, you need to send a written request. Depending on the situation, you'll send this request to the county jury commission and the Administrative District Judge, or to the Administrative Director of the Courts. Which one you contact depends on whether you're asking about a county list or a statewide list.

This rule exists so people can check that jury selection is being done fairly and openly. Anyone can make this request. You don't need to be part of a court case to ask for this information.
