Rule 100.5 Blood Tests

When you have a case in front of an administrative hearing officer in Illinois, that officer can recommend that people involved take blood tests. The results of those blood tests can be used as evidence in the case.

If you disagree with something related to the blood test, you have the right to object. The rule also sets rules for how much weight the blood test results carry as evidence and who pays for the cost of the testing.
