§ 12-661 Short title

Article XII: Judgments - Enforcement

Part 6: Foreign Judgments and Foreign-Money Claims

Sections 12-661 through 12-672 may be cited as the Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act. In those Sections, "this Act" means the Uniform Foreign-Country Money Judgments Recognition Act.
