§ 15-1403 Common Law Strict Foreclosure

Part 14: Methods of Terminating: Mortgagor's Interest in Real Estate
Rule Text
Nothing in this Article shall affect the right of a mortgagee to foreclose its mortgage by a common law strict foreclosure as in existence in Illinois on the effective date of this Article.
