§ 15-1511 Deficiency
Article XV: Mortgage Foreclosure

Rule Text
Except as expressly prohibited by this Article, foreclosure of a mortgage does not affect a mortgagee's rights, if any, to obtain a personal judgment against any person for a deficiency.
