§ 4-135 Counterclaim
Article IV: Attachment
Part 1: In General
Rule Text
Any defendant against whom an order for attachment is entered under Part 1 of Article IV of this Act, may avail himself or herself of any counterclaim as provided in Section 2-608 of this Act.
