§ 102-3.5 "Aftercare release"
Article 102: General Definitions
Rule Text
"Aftercare release" means the conditional and revocable release of a person committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, under the supervision of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
