§ 124B-410 No prior restraint
Article 124B: Forfeiture
Part 400: Obscenity
Rule Text
Nothing in this Part 400 shall be construed as authorizing the prior restraint of any showing, performance, or exhibition of allegedly obscene films, plays, or other presentations or of any sale or distribution of allegedly obscene materials.
