Rule 18 Program Goals and Objectives

Every certified alcohol and drug program has to put its goals and mission in writing. This written statement explains what the program is trying to achieve and how it plans to run its services. It acts like a roadmap that shapes the way the program operates day to day.

Programs can't just write this statement once and forget about it. They need to look at it every year and update it if things have changed. This keeps the program's goals current and makes sure the services being offered still match what the program says it's trying to do.
