If someone sues you over money owed on an account, like a bill or invoice, their court papers must include a detailed list of charges. Each item on the list needs its own number, so everyone can see exactly what is being claimed. This list can be changed later, just like other parts of a lawsuit can be updated.

If you are the one being sued and you disagree with the account, you cannot just deny everything in general terms. You have to point out exactly which numbered items you are disputing. This matters a lot: if you do not specifically call out an item as wrong, the court will assume you agree with it. So if you get sued over an account, read the itemized list carefully and make sure you challenge every single charge you believe is incorrect. Missing even one item could mean you are stuck agreeing to pay for something you actually dispute.
