Rule 1.434 Motion to strike

If someone includes something in their court paperwork that doesn't belong there or isn't needed, the other side in the case can ask the judge to remove it. This is done by filing a motion to strike.

The point of this rule is to keep court documents clean and focused on what actually matters for the case.
