Rule 45.6 Lawyer certification
Rule Text
Every lawyer required to have a client trust account must certify annually, in such form as the supreme court may prescribe, that the lawyer or the law firm maintains, on a current basis, records required by Iowa Rule of Professional Conduct 32:1.15(a).
