Rule 16.410 Court reporter notes

Court reporters who use computer software to help create transcripts need to file their notes electronically with the court. This applies specifically to reporters who have the technology to create transcripts with computer assistance.

If a court reporter has this kind of computer-aided system, they can't just keep paper notes or file them the old-fashioned way. They must submit their notes through the court's electronic filing system, just like other documents in the case.
