Plain-English Summary (for reference only — not a substitute for the rule text above)
This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
If you're involved in a grievance case, any paperwork you file, like answers, motions, or petitions, has to be submitted electronically to the clerk of the grievance commission. You can't mail in paper copies or file them in person. Everything goes through the electronic filing system.
Once you file something, the clerk takes care of sending copies to everyone else involved in the case. This includes the other party and whoever is overseeing the case, either the chair of the full commission or the president of the specific division handling the complaint. You don't need to send separate copies to these people yourself. The clerk's office handles that step for you after you file.
