Rule 12.10 Attorney evidence and argument — predetermination

If practicable the court should allow the respondent’s attorney to present evidence and argument prior to the judge’s determination under Iowa Code section 229.11. [Supreme Court Report 1979; November 9, 2001, effective February 15, 2002]
