Rule 12.18 Subpoenas
Rule Text
Subpoena power shall be available to all parties participating in the proceedings, and subpoenas or other investigative demands may be enforced by the judge or referee. [Supreme Court Report 1979; November 9, 2001, effective February 15, 2002]
