Rule 12.22 Evaluation and treatment

If the respondent is found by the court to be seriously mentally impaired following a hearing under Iowa Code section 229.12, evaluation and treatment shall proceed as set out in Iowa Code section 229.13. [Supreme Court Report 1979; amendment 1980; November 9, 2001, effective February 15, 2002]
