Rule 12.4 Notice requirement — waiver

The respondent may waive the minimum prior notice requirement only in writing and only if the judge or referee determines that the respondent’s best interests will not be harmed by such waiver. [Supreme Court Report 1979; November 9, 2001, effective February 15, 2002]
