Rule 44.6 Grant applications are property of commission
Rule Text
Upon submission, all grant applications become the property of the commission which has the right to use any or all ideas presented in any application, whether or not the application is approved for funding. All grant applications are open to public inspection and comment upon receipt by the commission.
