If you're applying to become a licensed attorney in Kansas, your application isn't considered finished just because you submitted some paperwork. It only counts as complete once it's been submitted and accepted through the Attorney Admissions office's online portal.
If you leave out information or don't finish all the required steps, the Attorney Admissions office has two options. They can reject your application outright, or they can hold it without accepting it until you provide what's missing. Either way, your application won't move forward until everything is in order.
This means applicants should double check that they've filled out every part of the online application and included all required materials before submitting. Missing pieces can delay the process or get the application turned away entirely.
