This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
This rule used to let the Disciplinary Administrator's office check whether lawyers were following certain court orders or requirements after a discipline case. It gave that office a way to look into whether a lawyer was actually doing what they were supposed to do, like meeting probation terms or other conditions set after being disciplined.
This rule no longer exists. It was removed from the Kansas court rules on January 1, 2021. If you are looking at lawyer discipline issues today, this specific rule will not apply, and you would need to check the current rules to see how compliance is handled now.
