§ 60-1710 Civil action and determination.

If a court case under this law has a factual dispute that needs to be sorted out, it gets handled just like any other civil case. The same rules and procedures that apply to figuring out facts in regular lawsuits also apply here.

This means there's nothing special or different about how facts get decided in these cases. Whatever court is handling the matter will use its normal process for weighing evidence, hearing testimony, and reaching a decision on what actually happened. People involved don't need to worry about a separate or unusual set of rules just because this particular law is involved.
