§ 60-264 Enforcing orders for and against a nonparty; procedure.

If a court order gives some benefit to someone who isn't officially part of the lawsuit, or if the order needs to be enforced against someone who isn't a party, the court handles it the same way it would for an actual party in the case. In other words, being left out of the lawsuit doesn't change how the order gets carried out.

For example, if a judge issues an order that affects a person or company not named in the case, that person or company can still get the benefit of the order enforced in their favor. The same goes the other way around. If the order requires a nonparty to do something or stop doing something, courts can enforce that requirement against them just like they would against someone who was formally sued.

This rule keeps things fair and practical. It means courts don't need a completely different set of procedures just because someone happens to be outside the official list of parties. The normal enforcement process still applies.
