Plain-English Summary (for reference only — not a substitute for the rule text above)

This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.

This section of the Kansas Code of Civil Procedure is currently empty. The rule number is marked "Reserved," which means lawmakers have set it aside for possible future use but haven't put any actual rule here yet.

You won't find any legal requirements, deadlines, or procedures listed under this section. If you're looking for guidance on a specific court process, you'll need to check other rule numbers, since this one and the ones that follow it (60-3603 through 60-3605) don't contain any active content right now.

If a future law or court rule fills this section in, it would appear here. Until then, there's nothing to follow or apply from this particular rule number.
