§ 60-5507 Effect of act; limitations.

This rule explains what the COVID-19 liability protection law does not do. It makes clear that the law does not give anyone a new right to sue or create a new type of legal claim. It also does not remove any of the normal requirements someone must prove to win a lawsuit.
