§ 60-5601 Citation of act.

This law is called the "Fairness in Women's Sports Act." It's the official name given to a group of related laws in the Kansas legal code, found in sections 60-5601 through 60-5606.

This particular section doesn't set any rules about sports or competition itself. It just tells you what to call this set of laws when you're talking about them or looking them up. Think of it like a title page for a book. If you want to understand what the act actually does, you'll need to look at the other sections in this group, since this one only provides the name.
