Rule 305 Meetings

The Board of Examiners of Court Reporters holds a regular meeting every October. At this meeting, the Board tests people who want to become certified court reporters. The Board picks the exact time and place for this meeting each year.

Besides the yearly meeting, the Board can also call special meetings whenever needed. These extra meetings let the Board handle other business or give more exams to applicants outside of the regular October schedule. This gives the Board flexibility to meet whenever there's a need, rather than only once a year.
