This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
This rule no longer exists. It used to set specific "terms of court," which were fixed periods during the year when a district court would officially be in session to handle cases.
Kansas got rid of this rule back in 2006. Courts now operate on a continuous basis rather than being tied to specific terms throughout the year. If you're looking at older case files or documents that mention a "term of court," that language comes from before this change and doesn't apply to how Kansas district courts work today.
