This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed on December 4, 1997, and it no longer applies to any Kansas court cases.
Before it was repealed, this rule dealt with how exhibits used in court, like documents, photos, or physical evidence, would be returned to the people who submitted them or otherwise handled after a case ended. Since the rule has been repealed, any current questions about exhibits and how they are handled after a case would need to be answered by looking at other current court rules instead.
If you're trying to figure out what happens to exhibits in a case today, this old rule won't help. You'll want to check the current Kansas district court rules that address that topic now.
