This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
This rule no longer applies. It was officially removed from the Kansas court rules on May 1, 2019.
Before it was repealed, this rule covered how attorney discipline cases moved through the Kansas Supreme Court after a hearing panel made its decision. Since the rule has been taken out of the rulebook, it no longer has any legal effect. If you're looking at attorney discipline procedures, you'll need to check the current version of the Kansas Rules Relating to Discipline of Attorneys to see what process applies now.
If you're researching an older case that happened before 2019, this rule might still be relevant to understand how that case was handled at the time. But for anything happening today, this rule won't help you since it's no longer in force.
