Article 23.—REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE
Rule Text
For purposes of determining a release date of a juvenile offender from custody of the secretary of corrections, the secretary shall promulgate rules and regulations by January 1, 2017, regarding earned time calculations.
