Article 35.—ATTACHMENT AND GARNISHMENT
Rule Text
The provisions of K.S.A. 60-721 , 60-722 , 60-723 and 60-724 , and amendment thereto, shall be applicable to lawsuits filed pursuant to the code of civil procedure for limited actions.
