Article 40.—COSTS
Rule Text
The provisions of K.S.A. 60-2002 , 60-2003 , 60-2006 , 60-2610 and 60-2611 , and amendments thereto, shall be applicable to lawsuits brought under the code of civil procedure for limited actions.
