§ 59-1710 Effect of resignation.
Article 17.—PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ESTATES

The acceptance of the resignation of a fiduciary and the appointment of another shall not affect the liability of such former fiduciary, or his or her sureties, previously incurred.
