§ 59-1716 Platting real estate.
Article 17.—PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ESTATES
Rule Text
Whenever it is for the best interests of the estate of a decedent or conservatee, real estate may, with the approval of the court, be platted by the fiduciary.
