§ 59-30,253 International application of act.
Article 30.—GUARDIANS OR CONSERVATORS
Rule Text
A court of this state may treat a foreign country as if it were a state for the purpose of applying K.S.A. 59-30,251 through 59-30,267 and 59-30,271 through 59-30,273 , and amendments thereto.
