XIII, Sec. 4 Administrative office of the courts to oversee drug court

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is in charge of running and funding drug courts across the state. This means they make sure certified drug courts have the money and support they need to operate.

A specific group within the AOC, called AOC Specialty Courts, is responsible for setting the rules that drug courts follow. This group also creates and updates a handbook for people who take part in drug court programs. The handbook explains how the program works and what participants can expect.
