61 Reserved

This rule number is currently reserved. That means it doesn't contain any actual content or requirements right now.

Courts sometimes reserve rule numbers for future use, or to keep numbering consistent after changes to the rules. If you're looking for guidance on a specific topic, you'll need to check a different rule number, since this one has nothing to apply to your case right now.

If you were directed to this rule by a citation somewhere, double check the citation. It's possible the reference is outdated, or the rule you actually need has been renumbered elsewhere in the Kentucky Rules of Appellate Procedure.
