2.041 Immunity--Deleted

This rule no longer exists. It used to be part of the state's rules about who can become a licensed lawyer, but it was removed at some point and is no longer in effect.

The note explains why you might still see references to it. Back in the 1970s, the court system reorganized its rules a few times. Old rules from the Court of Appeals became "Rules of Appellate Procedure" in 1976, and then those became "Rules of the Supreme Court" in 1978. During these changes, some rules were dropped, renumbered, or replaced, and this is one of the ones that got deleted.
