75.09 Orders as to original papers--Repealed

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure and has no legal effect today.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference Rule 75.09, keep in mind that it was repealed and doesn't apply to current court proceedings. You'll want to check the current rules to find out how the topic it used to cover (orders about original papers) is handled now, since a different rule may address this instead.

If you're working on a legal matter, it's a good idea to check with a lawyer or look at the current version of the rules to make sure you have the right information for your situation.
