88 Scope of rules relating to the economical litigation docket

Rules 89 through 97 create a special, faster process for handling certain lawsuits, called the economical litigation docket. These rules do not apply everywhere in Kentucky. They only apply in specific courts or court divisions that the Supreme Court has named in an official order.

If your case is filed in one of these designated courts, you may be handled under this special set of procedures. If your case is filed somewhere else, these particular rules will not apply to you, and your case will follow the standard civil procedure rules instead.
